A Quick Look at the New Notifications in Ubuntu 9.04

There are only four days left until the fifth alpha version of the upcoming Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty Jackalope) and I thought that it would be a nice surprise to show you a quick preview of the Mac OS-like notifications implemented in Ubuntu. And… after I saw on Saturday morning a post on Mark Shuttleworth’s blog, regarding the new notification system that would be part of the upcoming Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty Jackalope), I was really amazed to see that the famous mockup presented two months ago became reality.
