Elementary Sky Blue icons specially designed for Elementary OS, these icons are based on Ubuntu style and OSX-Nostalgie. These icons are available in three versions: Sky-Blue-Unity is designed for Unity desktop, Sky-Blue-Gnome is designed for Gnome/Gnome Shell desktop, and Sky-Blue-Cinnamon is designed for Cinnamon desktop environment.
You can use Gnome-tweak-tool or Ubuntu-Tweak to change icons.

1) Sky-Blue-Unity

To install Sky-Blue-Unity in Ubuntu/Linux Mint open Terminal (Press Ctrl+Alt+T) and copy the following commands in the Terminal:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/icons
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install sky-blue-unity

To install Sky-Blue-Unity in Older Ubuntu/Linux Mint/Other Ubuntu based distributions copy the following commands in the Terminal:

wget -O sky-blue-unity-NoobsLab.deb http://goo.gl/ZTA8U
sudo dpkg -i sky-blue-unity-NoobsLab.deb && rm sky-blue-unity-NoobsLab.deb

2) Sky-Blue-Gnome

To install Sky-Blue-Gnome in Ubuntu/Linux Mint open Terminal (Press Ctrl+Alt+T) and copy the following commands in the Terminal:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/icons
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install sky-blue-gnome

To install Sky-Blue-Gnome in Older Ubuntu/Linux Mint/Other Ubuntu
