Install latest Skype 4.1 in Ubuntu 13.04 Raring/Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal/Ubuntu12.04 Precise/11.10 oneiric/11.04/10.10/10.04/9.10/Linux Mint Versions/Any Ubuntu based distributions
